Induction programme - 2023

        On July 20, 2023, GSK Matric School held a new staff induction program at Dr. GSK Matric, Pazhaya Gudalur, to welcome and orient its newly appointed teachers. The event began with a prayer, led by the music teacher, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere. The Principal delivered a warm welcome address, setting the stage for a memorable gathering.

         During the program, the new staff members introduced themselves to the chairman and other dignitaries.

        The chairman stressed the importance of embracing new challenges and continually striving for improvement. Ambitious goal-setting, unity, and harmony among staff were highlighted as essential for growth and success. The significance of every teacher, from kindergarten to 12th standard, was acknowledged in shaping students' lives and academic journeys.

         Maintaining a positive and joyful environment, both at work and outside, was emphasized, and the importance of a clean and hygienic environment was stressed for overall well-being. Mutual respect and support among teachers were deemed crucial for a reputable image.

      Our Trustee, Mrs. Priya Muralidharan in her speech emphasized continuous improvement, unity, and a positive environment, the school sets a strong foundation for future success. Through ambitious goal-setting and collaborative efforts, GSK School seeks to provide the best possible education and support to its students .                   

        The Principal, along with the HOD of the Language Department and the Co-ordinator summarized the motivating views of the chairman, leaving him thoroughly impressed.

     The vote of thanks was confidently presented by the co-ordinator of Class LKG to V. The event was a resounding success, leaving the staff motivated and ready to embark on their journey at GSK Matric School.
