Republic Day -2024

            On this auspicious occasion of 75^th Republic Day, we gathered with hearts filled with gratitude towards our freedom fighters. We began the ceremony with a solemn prayer, seeking blessings for our nation and its people. As we came together, we extended a warm felicitation to our esteemed chief guest, whose presence honoured us. Our Principal, Mr. Ganesan ,in his welcome address, set the tone for the day's proceedings, highlighting the significance of this momentous day.

             With pride and reverence, we unfurled our national flag, accompanied by the stirring strains of the national anthem. The air resonated with patriotism as our students, led by the school pupil leader, participated in the March Past, followed by the NCC, Scouts and Guides, JRC, and the four houses - Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. The spirit of unity and patriotism was further showcased through a patriotic dance performed by our school girls clad in traditional half-sarees.

             Students delivered passionate speeches in Tamil, English, and Hindi, underscoring the importance of patriotism and national unity. Our esteemed chief guest Mr.Karunakaran, Inspector of Police, Mayiladuthurai, shared invaluable wisdom, emphasizing values such as discipline, the importance of setting life goals, and making knowledgeable decisions regarding higher education.

             As the ceremony drew to an end,  Mr. Balasubramanian expressed his heartfelt gratitude through a vote of thanks.  We concluded our celebration by standing together, with heads held high, as we sang our national anthem, reaffirming our commitment to the ideals of our great nation.
