Vidya Pravesh - 2023 

          Vidya Pravesh, an auspicious ceremony was held at Dr.GSK. This momentous occasion witnesses many significant rituals for grade VI students, that aim to instill a sense of purpose and enthusiasm among the students, setting the tone for their transition period.

    It stands as a testament to the institution's commitment to nurture curious minds and celebrates  the transformative journey of education with open hearts and eager minds and make their mark in the world, armed with knowledge, values, and a spirit of relentless pursuit.

    The programme commenced with the traditional "Lighting of the Lamp" ceremony, where the radiant flames symbolize the dispelling of darkness and the advent of wisdom. Following this, a solemn and soul-stirring prayer resonated throughout the venue. The heartfelt invocation sought  blessings from the divine for the sake of young scholars

    The Principal's welcome address filled the air with excitement and encouragement. To encourage their transition period, as a symbolic gesture of support, each Grade VI student received a new notebook. This act not only equipped them for the upcoming academic year but also served as a reminder that their journey at Dr. GSK Matric would be filled with opportunities for growth and success. The notebooks were a tangible representation of the blank pages waiting to be filled with knowledge, ideas, and accomplishments.

    The event focused on teaching them the importance of respecting elders. The students were made to prostrate before their parents, symbolizing humility and seeking their blessings. This tradition aims to instill values of respect and gratitude in the young minds as they embark on their educational journey.

    Expressing gratitude towards all those who contributed to the success of Vidya Pravesh, a heartfelt "Vote of Thanks" was delivered.
