Investiture Ceremony - 2024

        The Investiture Ceremony of Dr.GSK Matriculation Higher secondary school was a resounding success on 10th October 24. It was a significant event marking the appointment of new leaders for the academic year 2024 -2025.

        The Pupil leader and The Assistant Pupil leader for the school , Captains for the school teams,The President , The Secretary and the Volunteers for interact club were nominated and declared as leaders in this badging ceremony which made them foster a spirit of camaraderie and leadership among participants.

        The event was headed by The Principal of the school Mr. P. Ganesan who gracious welcomed the gathering. This prestigious program was presided  by Col.S.Chandrasekar Commanding officer,TN (8) Battalion NCC ,  Kumbakonam .

        The Chief Guest addressed the young inquisitive minds of Dr.GSK matric and shared valuable insights by telling them to keep consistently learning and always be an ardent learner.He also insisted students to be a good speaker and so they will become competent enough in par excellence with the other institutions in far and wide.

        Further, the chief guest highlighted that, in his 50 years of service, he had never encountered a school with an Interact Club or student volunteers. He remarked that this unique initiative at Dr. GSK Matric sets it apart from other institutions.

          The program successfully completed with the vote of thanks rendered by Mrs.R.Thaiyalnayaki, HOD of Humanities Department and National Anthem.
